Pleased to announce that I am included in Volume 2 of 100 London artists, a new iArtBook curated by Zavier Ellis and Edward Lucie Smith.
Published in two volumes, 100 London Artists Volume 1: 50 Painters and 100 London Artists Volume 2: 50 Other Mediatogether form an ambitious digital anthology, co-authored by Zavier Ellis and Edward Lucie-Smith. Featuring the artwork of 100 contemporary artists living and working in London, both volumes are published by Elizabeth Beecher Publishing and are available on iBooks.
Each volume contains more than 250 vivid images demonstrating the plethora of creativity that abounds in London, a city Lucie-Smith describes as a “centre for contemporary art and artists…unrivalled by any other in the world.” The publications embrace the potential of digital publishing by including live links and moving image video work by some artists. Comprehensive biographies demonstrate the breadth of the artists represented and provide art lovers with a rich ‘Who’s Who’ guide to discovering the wealth of new wave talent.
An extensive directory of art resources includes links to more than 130 museums, foundations, galleries, art fairs, educational institutions, and studio providers, making this an indispensable resource for anyone involved with, or interested in, contemporary visual art in London.
